Tore off 240,000 sqft of existing TPO membrane, wood fiber, and built-up/pitch roofing down to the deck
New roofing consisted of 2 layers of Polyiso Insulation (R-20) and mechanically attached 60 mil TPO system
Provided and installed over 2,400 LF of gutters and downspouts, along with associated sheet metal flashing
